Écurie des Blancs Cailloux is located a stone’s throw from Les Blancs Cailloux de Mousny, a place known in the region for the legend surrounding its characteristic white stones.
Our horse stables, pastures, paddocks and track are located in the immediate vicinity of our
holiday home Auberge des Blancs Cailloux.
This makes it possible to rent both the holiday home and the horse facilities together, depending on availability. Of course, the horse stables can also be rented separately.
So you can just as easily stay in another accommodation nearby, such as a hotel, a holiday home or a B&B, and still come to us to rent a stable or paddock.
The stable building covers an area of 500 square meters. The building houses spacious horse stalls, lockable cabinets for storing saddles, and upstairs storage for hay and straw. There is also a water supply and all other necessary materials. A special washing area for the horses is provided in front of the stable building. In winter the guest horses receive hay, additional feed you must bring your own.
Our accommodation is ideal for horse lovers who want to spend their free time surrounded by nature. Situated on the edge of the village of Mousny, it’s a perfect starting point for trail rides and adventurous hikes. Whether you’re looking for long rides or touring charming villages, this area offers the ideal setting for a holiday with your own horse or pony.
We have two paddocks, each approximately 750 m², each equipped with a 4 x 3 meter shelter, suitable for a maximum of one horse. In addition, there are two larger paddocks, each approximately 1.500 m², equipped with a 6 x 3 meter shelter, suitable for a maximum of two horses.
All paddocks are fenced with a sturdy wooden fence and have water supply. In the winter the horses are fed hay supplemental feed, additional feed you must provide yourself.
